It has a spirit of competition, cynical humor, a motivation system and other interesting aspects. Yes, Guns'n'Stories is another wave shooter, but it's actually pretty darn fun and funny, which was unexpected. It takes place in a western theme, but there's some crazy genre bending aspects to it as the grandpa of the story starts to spin the story in some crazy directions. The voice acting is great and reminds me of The Princess Bride, which is a very good thing.The levels offer up a decent amount of variety with elevation and distance away from the player. The big star of it would be the weapons. You start out with a simple revolver, and then as time goes on you unlock some futurustic weapons that just make things get a little crazy. Also, the physics spice thing up as you shoot explosives near enemies and they go way up in the air. Very fun.Overall, it's one of the better and varied standing wave shooters.4/5. I absolutely loved your game. I greatly enjoyed the storytelling and all the pop culture references. The story length felt good, it wasn't too short or dragged out. The guns controlled fairly well, and I liked that each new level had a different gun. Additionally, the graphics were well rendered. It was nice to see all the attention to detail to the characters, guns, and the environments. The only real issue I had with the game was there were some translation issues. Some of the guns descriptions were not translated into English correctly. However, that issue is quite minor in my opinion. Great job Mirowin team.. Decent standing wave shooter, a bit repetitive but overall enjoyable. It maybe sounds weird but I kinda liked free Demo more than a full game: it had faster pacing and less annoying protagonist's one-liners.. Expected more from this given the reviews and - as such - was let down. Just another wave shooter which doesn't really bring anything new to the genre. Getting frustrated with these games to be honest. Where's the originality like Smashbox and Ritchie's Plank Experience.
